500 - Team Accelerator

The Team Accelerator is for leaders who appreciate the need for discussion, guiding practical application, and rewarding their curiosity. 

If you have the time and passion for leading your team members as they work through either Basic or Advanced Career Accelerator Training, then this is for you. Leaders take away the insights making the most of their experience and influence to maximize value creation. Completing the Team Accelerator takes a big step towards securing your legacy. 

Debriefing Sessions:

Coaching sessions support accountability for training timelines. Completion accelerates the installation of the High Intuitive Function (HIF) Performance Standard maximizing talent, time, effort, and resources. 

• Leaders are empowered to i) comprehend how fast the rate of change is accelerating, ii) its impact on their performance and team members, iii) speed up improvement to keep pace with increasing demands, and iv) modify behavior to gain the advantage in a rapidly changing digital world. 
• Conducted by phone (5-15 minutes, depending on leaders' needs and their availability) with an Executive Accelerator Coach. 
• Prepares leaders to strengthen relationships by conducting debriefing sessions with team members as they work through Career Accelerator Training. 
• A Briefing/Debriefing Handbook is provided when the option to conduct team debriefings is selected.  

Program Description:

• Off-line completion of worksheet assessing awareness for consequences of rapidly advancing technology impacting team members.
• Introduction Briefing
• Debriefing/Briefing after completing Modules 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15,16, 18, and 19.
• Debriefing/Briefing at the end of each Reflection Week 1-12. 
• Monthly check-ins at the end of months 5 -12. 
• The executive coach remains available to the leader for additional support as needed through Month 12.

The 90-Day Reflection Cycle begins after the completion of instruction.  1 Reflection each weekday for 12 weeks - 60 Reflections total. Reflections are downloaded each day as a separate Module and are expected to be collected in a binder.  The Cycle should be repeated each time it is completed to support continuous improvement. 

Certificate of Completion earned upon conclusion of the 90-Day Reflection Cycle. The certificate recognizes a scientific understanding of how improvement and performance are best directed and supported.
