700 - Executive Accelerator

The Executive Accelerator is for any C-Suite Member desiring to be hands-on in repairing the damage caused to confidence and relationships by the Psy Ops Warfare Cycle.

Culture is redefined by beliefs and behaviors, making character and commitment transparent across the organization. Knowledge transfer and information flow replace distraction and conflict as strong conviction for who, what, and when to trust energizes the workforce. 

Discussion and debriefing expand on proprietary methods ensuring Superior Awareness best anticipates client/customer, team, and organization needs.

Debriefing Sessions: 

• Elevate awareness for how to rebuild the trust engagement, retention, and talent acquisition depend on.  
• Conducted by phone (5-15 minutes, depending on the executive's needs and their availability) with an Executive Accelerator Coach. 
• Prepare the executive to strengthen relationships by conducting debriefing sessions with team members as they work through the Career Accelerator. 
• A Briefing/Debriefing Handbook is provided when the option to conduct team debriefings is selected.  

Program Description:

• Off-line completion of worksheet assessing awareness for consequences of rapidly advancing technology impacting culture.
• Introduction Briefing
• Debriefing/Briefing after completing Modules 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19.
• Debriefing/Briefing at the end of each Reflection Week 1-12. 
• Monthly check-ins at the end of months 5 -12. 
• The executive coach remains available to the executive for additional support as needed through Month 12.

The 90-Day Reflection Cycle begins after the completion of instruction.  1 Reflection each weekday for 12 weeks - 60 Reflections total. Reflections are downloaded each day as a separate Module and are expected to be collected in a binder.  The Cycle should be repeated each time it is completed to support continuous improvement. 

Certificate of Completion earned upon conclusion of the 90-Day Reflection Cycle. The certificate recognizes a scientific understanding of how improvement and performance are best directed and supported.
